Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University aims to ensure that the users to whom it provides quality-oriented library services with resources that support education and training, complement research and development, and provide quality-oriented library services with resources that support education and training, complement research and development, become information literate who will be competitive and equipped at the national and international level, and to be a pioneer with its quality-oriented services at the regional / national level, with the goals it has set in relation to its mission, vision and core values.
Prof. Dr. Durmuş Günay Library has adopted the principle of quality-oriented improvement and updating of its services and collection through continuous measurement and monitoring of the satisfaction of its users in line with the determined processes by establishing its goals, mission and vision, and values in this context, in line with the goals it has set in line with the national quality assurance system established by adapting the international standards in quality assurance (ESG 2015-European Standards and Guidelines), which started within the scope of the Bologna process, which includes improvements in the European Higher Education Area, to the institutional external evaluation criteria of the Turkish Higher Education Council.
