Printed and electronic resource requests that are not available in our collection and theses that are closed for use can be obtained from other information centers through Interlibrary Cooperation (ILL) service.

Conditions of Benefiting from the Interlibrary Cooperation Service;

ILL service; All ZBEÜN academic and administrative staff, doctoral and graduate students can benefit.

Requests should be made via e-mail with complete information about the source (ISBN/ISSN, work/author name, location number in the library where it is located, etc.)

A user can request a maximum of 5 resources at a time.

The expenses (photocopying, postage, etc.) of the requests are covered by the users.

The user should make the request after confirming whether the resource they are looking for is in the ZBEÜN library collection. Catalog Browsing

The user should make the request knowing which library has the resource they are looking for. To find out which library has the needed resource, a batch catalog search can be done.

The loan period for the requested resources is 30 days. In case of need, an extension can be requested.

If the borrowed resources are lost, damaged or returned late, the responsibility belongs to the user.

The lending rules of the provider library apply to the requested resource.

FOR OTHER UNIVERSITY LIBRARIES;

Users can only request loans through their libraries, they cannot make individual requests.

Resource requests should be made through ANKOS-KİTS program or ULAKBİM-TÜBESS system.

The requesting library covers the costs arising from the loan request.

Requesting libraries must make their requests through an authorized librarian.

5 resources can be lent at a time.

Reference, reserve, periodical, special collections cannot be lent.
