For password transactions, please ask for help from the counter (borrowing/lending) staff at the entrance.
GROUP STUDY ROOMS RULES
No food and drinks are allowed in the study rooms.
Cell phones are not allowed in the study rooms.
Users are responsible for the safety of their belongings. Library Management or security is not responsible for lost items.
Rooms can be used by at least 4 users through the reservation system. The time set for users is 120 minutes. Our users have the right to make 1 reservation during the day.
Loud talking is not allowed in group study rooms. Students in the group are responsible for the sloppy use of the rooms.
The use of group study rooms belongs only to university students.
Study room number 8 is available for Academic Staff. There is no time limit for Academic Staff.
Library staff has the authority to remove the group that does not comply with the rules and ignores the warnings from the room with the instruction of the Library Management.
Users who damage the Library's information resources and items (computers, tables, chairs, etc.) in any way are reported to the Rector's Office with a report to take the necessary legal action. Users who cause damage are obliged to compensate for the damage.
In case of non-compliance with the Library rules, users are obliged to take into account the warnings of the Library staff.
In case of unauthorized removal or attempted removal of information resources from the Library, the situation will be recorded in a report and the users who commit this action will be reported to the Rectorate for legal action.
Tobacco and alcohol products may not be consumed in any part of the library building.
Personal belongings such as ID cards, bags, etc. are checked by security personnel at the entrance and exit of the library when deemed necessary.
At the beginning of each academic year, the Department notifies the Rectorate about the proposed changes to the rules and sanctions. Amendments are made with the decision of the Senate and enter into force as of the beginning of that academic year.
